
Angelica- Founder
Angelica has over 19 years of experience in special education and holds teaching certifications in Special Education and English as a Second Language. She began her career as a Special Education teacher at Hamilton MS in the Houston Heights and later transitioned to a districtwide role in public education, where she provided extensive training in the ARD/IEP process, effective instructional strategies, inclusive practices, learning disabilities, and Universal Design for Learning. Throughout her career, Angelica has worked closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators, fostering collaboration and advocating for student success.
As a member of COPAA (Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates), Angelica utilizes her expertise in education systems and student learning abilities to advocate for the best possible education for children. Having participated in ARD meetings in various capacities, she understands the challenges parents face and is committed to ensuring the process is efficient, productive, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. Angelica left public education to work directly with families, with the goal of making the education system accessible and ensuring children receive the services and supports they need to thrive in school
Emma McMorris- Advocate
Emma has extensive knowledge and experience in special education in the public education setting. She began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the private sector. Her dedication to supporting families is unmatched.

Kyla Raygor- Advocate
Kyla brings nearly 15 years of experience in general and special education, specializing in advocating for students and their families. As a former Special Education Teacher, she led ARD Committees, developed Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), and ensured compliance with educational policies. Kyla collaborated with educators, service providers, and families to secure tailored accommodations and services, mediating effectively to prioritize student outcomes and foster positive relationships.
With experience on both sides of the IEP process as an educator and parent, Kyla offers a unique perspective and deep empathy for families navigating the complexities of the education system. She excels in Early Childhood Education, Behavior Intervention Plans, functional communication, and ensuring consistent implementation of special education services. Kyla is dedicated to supporting families, preparing them for meetings, advocating for appropriate interventions, and helping students achieve their goals in a supportive and informed manner.
Krystal Norman- Advocate
Krystal Norman is a dedicated Special Education Advocate with a strong background in education and expertise in special education. She is passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and learning differences, ensuring compliance with educational plans, and fostering positive student outcomes. Krystal has been in the world of education for over 12 years. Her background includes experience in public education in both special education and general education. She is skilled in creating and modifying IEPs, implementing ABA strategies, training both parents and educators. Krystal has supported students with learning disabilities, Autism and emotional challenges.

Sarah Suminski- Advocate
Sarah brings a wealth of expertise in supporting students with disabilities, facilitating ARD/IEP meetings, conducting evaluations, and implementing evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions. With advanced degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Behavioral Sciences, multiple certifications, and specialized training in dyslexia therapy, functional behavioral analysis, and social-emotional skill-building, she excels in fostering collaboration among educators, families, and students.
Her extensive experience includes teaching, consultation, advocacy, and leadership roles across public, private, and charter schools, complemented by volunteer work focused on educational equity and community support. Sarah is committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments where students thrive.
